Having Richard as my driving instructor was an absolutely phenomenal experience. Before joining this driving school, I had never been behind a wheel, and didn’t have any confidence with driving. Just a few lessons got me fully confident and equipped me with all the knowledge and skills needed to drive, and pass any road test. Such a blast driving with Richard, was very enjoyable and funny, has great stories and provides very good theoretical and practical knowledge on driving. Whether you’re a complete beginner or not, forget any other place. This driving school is phenomenal, and I say this after seeing others. Would absolutely recommend. Perfect experience.

I had great experience with my instructor Richard . He’s making the learning process fun! you can be your self with him , very patient and approachable . He explains everything you need to know for your test .I felt confident driving on the road after a couple lessons with him .I am very thankful i found this driving school and I definitely would recommend this to anyone!

I took driving lessons over the summer and got my G2 on the first try, with many thanks to my instructor Richard. I would definitely recommend Richard for anyone who is learning to drive here, as he is a patient, kind and helpful instructor. He is never late and it was much easier to schedule lessons with him. No last minute cancellations, and I learned a lot and got comfortable on the road very quickly.

I did my in car lessons with Richard Cooke. He is a very nice and funny guy. I just passed my G2 thanks to all of his great tips. He teaches you everything you need to know about the road and more!

Excellent experience with Richard as my driving instructor! He was approachable, explained all concepts well, and had me driving well by my second lesson. Believed in me more than I did, and really worked with me on all the parts of my test I was uncertain about to make sure I was confident and able to complete them all. Was also very funny and had cool stories :)

I had a great experience with Richard as my driving instructor! He provides firm and constructive criticism and makes sure to note areas of improvement and strengths at the end of each lesson so you know what you're doing well and need to improve on. He has really helped me with my fear of driving and confidence behind the wheel.
Instruction Vehicle
The vehicle we'll be using is a 2021 Mazda CX 3 which has features such as All Wheel Drive, blind side monitoring, lane departure warning, Cross Traffic Alert, Front Collision Warning, Front Collision Mitigation and Air Conditioning.
The 2021 Mazda CX-3 is a compact crossover SUV with great visibility, as a instructional vehicle it has a passenger side brake.
With stylish looks and light weight, the CX-3 performs like a well-balanced hatchback; and with all-wheel drive, it adds all-weather capability to its nimble handling.
It provides good acceleration and great gas mileage from its 2.0-liter inline-4 engine. Its clean cabin feels premium with its technology. Last but not least, it gets the top crash scores and comes standard with an uncommon amount of safety equipment.
Pricing for Private Lessons and Road Tests
Per hour charge is $ 55.00 per hour plus tax for lessons. Two hour lessons are strongly recommended due to drive time from your address to practice areas and better retention with the detailed scope of the two hour lesson. Use of vehicle for your test is $ 150.00 plus tax to include a one hour practice lesson on the route you'll be tested on, the half hour wait (can vary) at the Drive Test Center and the time to take your test (about 20 minutes) . *** My calendar is set up in two hour blocks if you have specific requirements in terms of start times or the lesson duration please contact me at rico@ccdrvn.com or 343-263-6264 (text is generally more effective).
